
Guided Meditations
for Hope & Healing
At times on my journey, I have found it profoundly helpful and stabilizing to feel consciously supported by the benevolent guidance, wisdom, and healing of the unseen spiritual dimensions of our world and beyond. We all need reassurance and direction from time to time, and to truly know that we are not meant to do things on our own.

In service to this need, I offer guided meditations in which we call on what will best serve you in this moment to be illuminated. If you have a particular intention or areas of focus, we can weave that into the invocation for support.
During our time together, you may receive healing, guidance, and/or support from your Higher Self, spirit allies, the elements, and ancestors at any point during the session or after. I will serve as a bridge by making a prayer for healing on your behalf. However, none of the healing actually comes from me. Your expanded Self/awareness is responsible for any shifts and insights, so the power of healing remains with you, at all times, to accept or refuse. This offering is based on my studies of 'the hollow bone' in shamanic traditions and of various energy healing systems, as well as my own personal evolution in this space. Note that this approach differs from some well-known healing practices such as Reiki, as I do not personally transmit healing energy. It is ultimately a practice you can learn to do on your own, by bringing attention and devotion to areas that call for care. In this respect it is meant to be empowering, by serving as a glimpse into what is possible when you connect and attune to yourself and your wider support system.

Preparing for the session
Please make every effort to insulate yourself from other stimuli, such as devices, noisy areas, or other responsibilities, including childcare or animal care. Consider hydrating yourself or having some water nearby.

I generally find that most sessions are complete within 60-75 minutes at the most. However, I recommend leaving extra time for any conversation or quiet sitting that may want to happen while we’re together, or for you to simply be on your own before re-entering your life in a more active way.

During the session
At the beginning, we will briefly discuss your intentions and what inspires you to take this journey. If you have no particular intention, we will simply ask for what will best serve you at this time, so that only the purest and most optimal frequencies are invoked.
After this, I will lead you in a guided visualization to create a container of support where you can feel held for the duration of the journey. It is still effective even if you are not "good" at visualizing! Alternatively, we may do more of a guided relaxation, bringing awareness to different parts of the body to help you shift from thinking to sensing.
Following this initial relaxation, we will delicately and sequentially bring attention to what is ready to be illuminated and touched by the light of wholeness. I will relay insights verbally as it feels appropriate. Some sessions involve more talking on my part, while others are mostly silent.

There is no need to follow along with your mind, and I will invite you to stay with what is happening in your own experience, so we can return to it after the journey. This is where the real gold is--in your ability to relate to what is happening for you, because then it stays with you, and it is something you can return to, continue to harvest, and strengthen later. People generally report this time to be a very soothing and pleasant experience. If you fall asleep, the information is still being received and digested, just in another way. Whatever is valuable for the conscious mind to understand will surface in the right time.

After the session
Very often, insights are revealed that require time and space to integrate beyond the session, such as through journaling, quiet time alone, a walk in nature, creative self-expression, connection with trusted others, eating a nourishing meal, or light exercise, such as yoga stretches. Some people find stronger physical engagement, such as running and weightlifting, to be grounding. Drinking water and other hydrating fluids is also beneficial, as changes can happen at the cellular level, and fluids can help the system to keep things moving and replenished. Tune into your needs and see what feels supportive. We can also discuss what may be appropriate based on the session content.​​​​
