
Intuitive Energy Meditations

An intuitive energy meditation is a subtle and felt dialogue with awareness and the wider spiritual support network to expand, constellate​, and direct your perception to help dissolve energy blockages and harmonize energy flow throughout your mind, body, heart, and spirit. We will sequentially and delicately bring attention to different areas of concern or interest to shine the light of wholeness on places that are ready to be transformed. This mapping of attention can include but is not limited to the chakras, the meridians, breath, structures of tension and compensation, past lives, sense of identity or personhood, visions and dreams, alienation from nature, relational entanglements, and ancestral karma.

In essence, this meditation offers a multidimensional bridge between attention and the felt sense, and maps it to the constitution and organization of your energy flows and your life field. It is based on the premise that when we make space for attending to how we hold, live in, and relate to our bodies, our selves, and our broader consciousness, we also create opportunities to shift the trajectory and expression of our lives.

This offering has evolved through my personal journey of healing structures of consciousness, and has been enriched by my studies of a variety of shamanic and energy healing practices.​​​​

Preparing for the session​
Please make every effort to insulate yourself from other stimuli, such as devices, noisy areas, or other responsibilities, including childcare or animal care. Consider hydrating yourself or having some water nearby.​​
There will be time afterward for any conversation or quiet sitting that may want to happen while we’re together. You can also opt to be on your own before re-entering your life in a more active way.

​During the session​
We will work with an intention, if you have one, or else ask for what is most beneficial for you to receive and understand at this time.​ You may receive healing, guidance, and/or insights directly from your higher Self, spirit allies, aspects of Nature, the ancestors, or life itself at any point during the session or after.
As the session unfolds, I will relay my impressions verbally as it feels appropriate. I might also be drawn to support the process in a more outward way, such as making sounds or movements, and/or invite you to participate (always to your own comfort). Some sessions involve more communication on my part, while others are mostly silent.
During this time, ​I invite you to stay with what is happening in your own experience, so we can return to it afterward. This is actually where the real gold is--in your ability to feel and relate to what is happening for you, because then it stays with you, and it is something you can revisit, continue to harvest, and build on later. ​​This quality of relating also helps activate faith--in the process, the guidance, and yourself.
After the session
​Very often, insights are revealed that require time and space to integrate beyond the session, such as through journaling, quiet time alone, a walk in nature, creative self-expression, connection with trusted others, eating a nourishing meal, or light exercise, such as yoga stretches. Some people find stronger physical engagement, such as running and weightlifting, to be helpful for rooting into themselves. Drinking water and other hydrating fluids is also beneficial, as changes can happen at the cellular level, and fluids can help the system to keep things moving and replenished. Tune into your needs and see what feels supportive. We can also discuss what may be appropriate based on the session content.
